I am a UX Designer and Strategic Problem-Solver whose career has been defined by mastering innovation under extreme constraint. I leverage lessons from the zero-boundary creative world of fashion (Ann Taylor, Ralph Lauren, Moschino) to challenge and redesign processes in the highly regulated pharmaceutical sector (Merck). I specialize in bridging technology strategy and Human-Computer Interaction with user advocacy, acting as a Change Agent to transform fragmented operations into intuitive, scalable digital platforms (and yes, I can troubleshoot your printer).

UX Design Specialist (Staff Level), Enterprise Architecture

Human-Centered Enterprise Architect bridging high-level technology planning with usability. I led DesignOps, Process, Scale & Enablement, leveraging deep expertise to translate user needs into architectural requirements. As a Change Agent, I ensured systems delivered maximum user adoption, operational efficiency, and business value across the enterprise.

Lead Designer in the internal Design Consultancy and AI Product Innovation, driving user-centered design and Continuous Improvement (CI) for internal platform experiences. Responsibilities included supervising UX Academy operations, leading UX Bootcamp training sessions, mentoring designers, and scaling the design methodology across the organization.
